Covid Secure Information
For your safety, and the safety of service users and staff, anyone with Coronavirus symptoms – high temperature, new continuous cough, loss of taste, or smell must not come into the Unit or use any of our services. We deal with vulnerable community members.
BAT BUS
Members can book on 01202 534 027 between 10 am to 12.00 am the day before travel.
Lunch outing every second Monday: Poole – BH12 – BH18
Lunch outing Wednesday: Zone A – BH1, BH5, BH6, BH7, BH8 & BH9 (BH9 east of Wimborne Road)
Lunch outing Thursday: Zone B – BH2, BH3, BH4, BH9 (BH9 west of Wimborne Road) BH10 & BH11

Community Cars
Members can book by phoning 01202 534 027 – please ring well in advance of required journey to ensure we can source a volunteer driver for you.
Hospital Hop
This very busy shuttle service runs throughout the week for appointments Monday – Friday 8.00 – 16.00 and bookings must be made in advance on 01202 534 027. Booking in advance is vital to ensure we can slot you in.
Hire of Mobility Equipment for Use within Castlepoint
Electric mobility scooters, electric wheelchairs and self-propelled wheelchairs can be hired from sedcat Shopmobility at Castlepoint Shopping Park

Payment for the hire of all mobility equipment for Non-Members would be by Debit Card only and the details of the card would be retained by sedcat to act as the deposit for the equipment in case of any damage to or caused to a third party, or if the equipment is not returned.
sedcat Castlepoint Shopmobility can be found at the Castlepoint Shopping Park in the lower car park underneath Sainsbury’s at the back of the car park. Parking is free of charge for four hours and there are disabled parking spaces available.
We are open from 10am – 4pm Monday – Friday and 10am – 3pm Saturday (closed Bank Holidays)
